Yes, we provide certificates after we confirm that you have completed the training and spent enough time working on it. One of the DOT training requirements involves seat time, so it is important that we moderate to check that before providing certification.

Once you make the purchase, go to the “group registration” page in the drop down under the “log out” menu item. On that page you can add and enroll supervisors and employees by email.

Good question! The CD can be used by several supervisors. The downside is that only one supervisor at a time can use it. The online training price, on the other hand, is per supervisor.
