Alcohol and Drinking (PAS1-30)

This training program provides training on alcohol and alcohol consumption for supervisors and employees in non-DOT workplaces. It can be used to improve health, safety, and productivity under an employer’s substance use policy. And to meet the requirements of industry associations or vendor contracts.

The program outlines the harms and risks of alcohol misuse. It explains how the body processes alcohol and alcohol intoxication, dispelling some common myths and misconceptions. It highlights the observable signs of current alcohol misuse. And describes how alcohol testing is conducted.
