New York Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion Training

This program is for supervisors in companies that maintain drug-free workplaces, including conducting non-DOT drug and alcohol testing, under New York state laws and regulations. It helps supervisor recognize and carry out their roles and responsibilities in a drug free work environment.

The training program explains key provisions of the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA), which legalized adult-use recreational marijuana, and its implications for marijuana testing.
